one must have a clean profile picture: the face must be visible
the banner should complement the profile picture
have a precise bio that indicates what your employer would want to know about you which would make you a probable candidate
provide some specific links to your work; don't provide linktree as there would be too much info
pin the tweet that matters like a project or an impact you made
Share the progress of your work in public
manage time - aim for 3-5 work tweets, 5 mins each for tweeting, engaging; tweets can be motivational, pain points or educational
be social, and helpful, build your network
don't be afraid to reach out to anyone, direct message them, state your reason, give them reason for helping you
find what fits you, be it blogging, podcast, or video content.
